The hotel is charming with affable and excellent staff and views of street. Iron and ironing board, a work desk, and an electronic key card in the room, marvellous location. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub.

The beautiful colonial architecture and the warm hospitality from the staff made my stay enjoyable. The lovely garden was a peaceful retreat in the bustling city.

The garden area was a true gem, I spent hours relaxing and it reminded me of an oasis from the city.

Not exactly cheap, but for the quality, I'd say it's still reasonable enough.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel and really enjoyed the lovely garden and the decent breakfast offerings. The staff was super helpful when I misplaced my wristwatch, promptly tagging and bagging it for me. However, the mini bar was unplugged and could use an upgrade.

A beautiful colonial building with fine tiles and carved wood decor, alongside a well-maintained garden and pleasant bar made for a lovely atmosphere. Helpful bellhops and quality service were highlights . Despite requesting a cancellation on the last day, the staff denied my refund and failed to send my invoice as promised. Ultimately, I found the service lacking, with a frustrating cancellation experience overshadowing the pleasant aspects of my visit.

I loved how easy it was to walk to both the historic Palacio de Bellas Artes and the beautiful Alameda Central, making my city explorations enjoyable.

This hotel offers a cozy double room with comfortable bedding and essential amenities, and its fantastic location is just a short walk from the Niagara Golf Trail.

What a good surprise! The bar staff radiated warmth. Dinner under the stars in the lovely garden was a highlight. Don't miss the cute hotel cat! Just a tip, ask for tips on local attractions from the friendly cleaning staff.

They also offered great relaxation with the spa services that really helped me unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the carpets seemed a bit worn out, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience 🌞

The room was really comfortable with a great bed and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked well, a must in Mexico City. Clean and nice decor. The location was peaceful, just a block from the busy area, so it seemed like a nice escape. Really loved the vibe, especially the lovely garden outside. Only downside was that the internet connection was a bit slow at times.

It was just a good match for one night in Mexico City with reasonable value. The doormen were pleasant and helpful. Make sure to check the bedding conditions before settling in.
